On Jul.25, 2015, the kick-off meeting for MTPS ( MT Production System) promotion—1st Term MTPS Green Belt Training was successfully held in Dongyue’s Training Room. The Black Belt team and 12 Green Belts witnessed this moment.

  With demographic bonus’ decline and marketing environment’s extended downturn in China, how to practice internal strength, improve the efficiency of management and reduce the cost to enable the enterprise to develop in fierce competition becomes a difficult question that Chinese enterprises confront with.

       As one of Caterpillar’s^① strategic suppliers, Dongyue has gradually formed its own theoretical system in terms of production with Caterpillar CPS (Caterpillar Production System) team’s strong support. Based on the content of CPS and combined with the company’s actual demand and situation, the training material(19 courseware, 34 hours in total) for Green Belt gradually came into being after repeated discussion, modification and practice among 7 Black Belts.

  Currently the company has formed a framework of CI (Continuous Improvement, all employee involvement), QW (Quick Win, supervisors and leaders of core position involvement) and RIW (Rapid Improvement Workshop, initiated by Black Belt, all employee involvement), and also has achieved good returns.

  The improvement of Dongyue’s own production system plays a remarkable positive role in daily management. To develop and improve it better, MTPS (MT Production System) promotion is formally started today, which aiming to keep management team and all employees involving in MTPS well, to accomplish Dongyue’s vision of 2020 with better quality, delivery and cost performance by MTPS promotion
